He further told the court that his client would first approach Sindh High Court for securing interim bail in the corruption reference.<br \/>\nNAB lawyer submitted that the court had ordered initiation of proceeding to declare the former minister absconder. He pleaded the court to fix hearing of the case before April 5 so that the accused can be indicted.<br \/>\nThe court adjourned further hearing of the case till April 6.SharjeelMemon and others accused have been charged in the NAB reference of misusing power and authority and embezzlement in distribution of government advertisements amounting to Rs 5billion.Information Department officials including Zulfiqar Ali Shalwani, Mansoor Ahmed and others are co-accused in the Rs5 billion corruption case.The PPP leader has been living in self-exile in London for over a year after law-enforcement agencies launched a crackdown against politicians and bureaucrats on various corruption cases.
