\nPresident State Jammu & Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan, British Parliamentarians show solidarity with Altaf Ahmed Bhat and his family in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir.
\nOn 29th October 2020 Indian so-called National Intelligence Agency raided the house of Zaffar Akbar Bhat, while his other brothers Ghulam Akbar Bhat, Bilal Bhat, and Fayyaz Ahmed Bhat are being targeted, their houses and businesses are being raided.
\nAltaf Ahmed Bhat, Kashmiri Freedom Seeker and Chairman of Jammu & Kashmir Salvation Movement, Jammu Kashmir Voice of Victims have been continuously raising the voice of the besieged Kashmiris all over the World. Bhat has lost 22 family members for the right of self-determination and Kashmir Freedom struggle.
\nAfter the revocation of Article 370 and 35A Mr Bhat started Conferences, Seminars, Demonstrations Nationally and Internationally. From Saudi Arabia to London, House of Commons and British parliament Bhat has raised the voice for grave human rights violations and illegal Indian occupation of Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh.
\nPresident Sardar Masood Khan while showing solidarity to Altaf Ahmed Bhat and his family in his video message said that Altaf Bhat is strong Voice for the rights to self-determination to Kashmiris. While for the struggle for liberty and freedom 22 family members of Altaf Ahmed Bhat are martyred.
\nPresident Masood Khan added that Altaf Ahmed Bhat is campaigning worldwide against the Human Rights violations taking place in Indian illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJ&K). To muzzle his voice, Indian occupational forces resorted to the persecution of his family living in IIOJ&K.
\nHis brothers Ghulam Akbar Bhat, Zaffar Akbar Bhat, Bilal Bhat, and Fayyaz Ahmed Bhat are being targeted, their houses and businesses are being raided. We strongly condemn these retaliatory steps against the family members of Mr Bhat. President Masood Khan added.
\nWhile President Khan appealed to the members of world parliaments to demand India to end the systematic harassment of Altaf Ahmed Bhat\u2019s family.
\nAndrew Gwynne MP, while showing Solidarity to Altaf Ahmed Bhat said that Mr Altaf Ahmed Bhat was with us on Webinars, Mr Bhats family is being intimidated and harassed, and family members have been killed by Indian Army for speaking about the occupation.
\n\u201cViolence and intimidation will never succeed.\u201d Andrew Gwynne MP maintained. He also showed solidarity with all the people who are being harassed and threatened in Kashmir.
\nJess Phillips MP said that Altaf Ahmed Bhat\u2019s family and he have been intimidated, bullied and terrible aggressive violence used. We will never any sense of peace and Human Rights across the world when people cannot speak to politicians and policymakers.
\nShe showed solidarity with all the Kashmiris and said that this will not stop people engaging with us in the United Kingdom.
\nFormer MEP Phil Benion said that Mr Altaf Ahmed Bhat has been harassed and lost many family members in Kashmir. Since the webinars, he has come under further pressure. Its time world puts pressure on India to restore Human Rights and Freedom of Speech in Kashmir, and allow international organizations such as Amnesty International and Human Rights watch to look whats going on in Kashmir.
\nKate Hollern MP showed solidarity with Altaf Ahmed Bhat and regretted the loss of his 22 family members. She also condemned the harassment and persecution of people of Kashmir.
