We will summon all. The Prime Minister (PM) and chief minister Sindh will also be summoned if need be. <\/p>\n<p>He  observed chief secretary and secretary railway committed  contempt of court. Secretary railways and chief secretary Sindh should tell why has not Karachi circular railway project been made functional. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP also issued contempt of court notices to Pakistan Railway and Sindh government besides ordering DG FWO to appear before it in person and explain the position. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP while addressing secretary railway on one occasion  remarked \u201c you have not started the work of removing encroachments despite court\u2019s orders. We have heard once and you have done nothing.
