When punishment has been awarded then how can  you curb his freedom.  You have abolished the pension and other perks already as  punishment. <\/p>\n<p>Tariq Khokhar told the court  \u201c I will inform the court on next hearing after obtaining directives. There are some other issues too on this count. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Kayani  remarked \u201c there is nothing such like in the record so far. The situation would have been different had  Lt  Gen (Retd)  Durrani been put  in jail by  you. This situation is also not there in this case.  Question is this what you were to do you have done. You want to do what by keeping his name on ECL. <\/p>\n<p>The court remarked \u201c  After dragging the people in the court you will do what by seeking time. you have mentioned nothing what decision  you have made. You have concealed the  reasons so far.
