Accountability Court (AC) led by Judge Asghar Ali took up Tosha Khana case for hearing Wednesday.  NAB requested the court to give more time for filing reply. The court while accepting NAB plea adjourned the hearing of the case till January 13.  Maryam Nawaz has taken the plea in the petition that the residences at Murree and Changla Galli were owned by Begum Kulsoom Nawaz and not by Nawaz Sharif. It is therefore, requested that the orders for freezing homes at Murree and Changla Galli be set aside.
