238 students and faculty members conferred prizes and merit certificates at NUST Excellence Awards

\nIn recognition of their extraordinary achievements at various national and international competitions and events, as many as 238 students and faculty members of National University of Sciences and Technology were conferred prizes and merit certificates at NUST Excellence Awards here on Thursday. Held at the university\u2019s main campus, the ceremony was graced by Lt Gen Naweed Zaman, HI (M), (Retd), Rector NUST, as chief guest.
\nIn his address after distributing prizes and certificates, the chief guest appreciated the high-achievers for their meritorious accomplishments. He said these triumphs were a proof that Pakistani youth has no dearth of talent and that they are second-to-none. He also urged the young generation to step forward and explore for themselves opportunities to tell the world what they are worth.
