{"id":193714,"date":"2021-05-24T15:03:18","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T10:03:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=193714"},"modified":"2021-05-24T15:03:18","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T10:03:18","slug":"ihc-directs-the-lawyers-to-file-reply-within-a-week-in-contempt-of-court-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/ihc-directs-the-lawyers-to-file-reply-within-a-week-in-contempt-of-court-case\/","title":{"rendered":"IHC directs the lawyers to file reply within a week in contempt of court case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IHC attack matter: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the lawyers who have not filed reply so far in contempt of court case in connection with attack on high court  to submit reply within a week. <\/p>\n<p>Contempt of court case against over 30 lawyers who are involved in attack on court  came up for hearing before single bench of IHC presided over by Justice Mian Gul Aurangzeb  Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Some lawyers filed their reply while the remaining lawyers were directed to file reply within a week. <\/p>\n<p>All the lawyers except Raja Amjid advocate appeared in the court after the advertisement in the news paper. <\/p>\n<p>The court directed the registrar office copies of replies of all the lawyers be provided to state counsel. <\/p>\n<p>Zafar Warraich told the court \u201c earlier I was made terrorist and then I was discharged saying it was done due to misconception. At this stage of my life I have been summoned in the court in contempt of court case. <\/p>\n<p>The court while directing Islamabad Bar Council member  Nasir Kayani, lawyers Ahsan Majid Gujjar, Nazia Abbasi and others to file their replies adjourned the hearing of the case till June 16.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IHC attack matter: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the lawyers who have not filed reply so far in contempt of court case in connection with attack on high court to submit reply within a week.
