Despite our strong desire for peaceful co-existence, we cannot remain oblivious to our defence. We have been challenged many a time through aggression from across the borderbut overpowered the threats to our very survival on the strength of unflagging national unity.\u00a04. Pakistan Air Force, in complete synergy with Sister Services, hasalways rendered unparalleled sacrifices to protect our aerial frontiers since independence.\u00a0To rise to emerging challenges, we prepare in advance, train hard, and put highest premium on indigenisation, coupled with added focus on education for human resource development. It is heartening to note that our modernisation efforts are bearing fruit in the form of production of state-of- the- art JF-17 aircraft and establishment of Aviation City at Kamra.I am sure such strategic initiatives will reinforce our combat potential manifold.
