However, the court has reserved its judgment on the case.  The prosecutor prayed for the dismissal of Mr Chohan\u2019s bail application. The additional sessions judge after hearing the arguments of all parties rejected Mr Chohan\u2019s bail plea and reserved its judgment.  The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has filed a case against MPA Nazir Chohan on the complaint of Special Assistant to PM on Accountability and Interior Shahzad Akbar.
