Fahatullah Marwat, Numan Afzal Afridi to be remembered for their honesty and services in civil bureaucracy

\nThe Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) bureaucracy one after another loss two smart and intelligent officers in the last week.
\nTheir services, honesty, and personal relations with the people, colleagues, and their staff members would be remembered for a long time.
\nFarhatullah Marwat, who died of cardiac arrest, and Noman Afzal Afridi who was shot dead by the unknown assailant in Punjab last weak. Farhatullah was additional secretary minerals and Noman Afzal Afridi served as a chief economist in KP.
\nUnfortunately, both officers died in the same weak and left everyone saddened and grieved.
\nThe track record of the officers in the province shows that almost everyone in the civil bureaucracy knew them and remembers them with golden words.
\nFarhatullah Marwat was from the Provincial Management Services (PMS) and was the president of the PMS Officer association in the province for a few months but considered as a strong voice in the ranks of officers for the rights of PMS Officers.
\nSimilarly, civil bureaucracy officials have shocked by the tragic death of the former chief economist Noman Afzal Afridi. It has been reported that Noman was on his way to Punjab when unknown assailants opened fire on him and left him dead. Noman, a grade 19 Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS) officer and was known as a competent officer in the civil bureaucracy.
\nMr Nauman completed his Master\u2019s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He was a civil servant working in the PAS group since 2005 with a distinguish track record of performance.
\nNauman had worked on various administrative positions in Punjab and KP provinces of including having served as the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of DI Khan.
\nHe had served as the Chief Economist in the Planning and Development Department of the Government of KP, where he managed the development portfolio of the province, including the newly merged districts. Nauman hailed from the Khyber tribal district and had a keen interest in the development of his native province.
\nFarhatullah Marwat and Noman Afzal Afridi had a special place in the KP civil bureaucracy, and therefore, their death left a void in the province and made everyone grieved.
\nThe two Grade 19 officers were key pillars of the civil services in KP government.
