Supreme Court (SC) has rejected bail before arrest plea of 4 persons named in murder case.
\nA 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood took up bail application for hearing Thursday. <\/p>\n
The counsel for the accused persons took the plea the case was registered after 14 hours of the incident. The forensic report about the murder has not been received so far. The accused were empty handed and no recovery was made from them. <\/p>\n

The court rejected bail before plea of the four accused including Rizwan Ali, Farman Ali, Shah Muhammad and Shah Jehan who were nominated in murder case. <\/p>\n
The accused had murdered the waiter of the hotel who had refused to wash the vessels.
