The banking court judge remarked that if the FIA failed to submit the challan then show-cause notices could be issued to the investigators. \u201cFIA will be given no more time for submitting the challan against the suspects in the money laundering case,\u201d the judge ruled before adjourning the hearing till December 11. At the outset of the hearing, the court asked the FIA for the challan. \u201cWhere is the challan,\u201d the court asked from the FIA officials present in the room. Responding to the query, FIA submitted that a co-accused of PML-N\u2019s president in the money laundering case has obtained pre-arrest bail and they need time to investigate him.
