Supreme Court (SC) has accepted bail plea of leader of Pushtoon Tahafaz Movement (PTM) and MNA Ali Wazir arrested under the charges of fomenting hatred and causing harm to national integrity against the surety bonds in sum of Rs 400000.<\/p>\n
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood took up the case for hearing Tuesday. <\/p>\n

Justice Jamal Mandokhel remarked should the allegations against Ali Wazir be not put to debate in the parliament. Ali Wazir had complained,, therefore, his complaint should have been redressed. If any one of Ali Wazir allegation proves correct then what will happen. Seeing the attitude with the co-accused the case seems to be of good Taliban and bad Taliban. <\/p>\n
Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked it is clear from the record the case has been registered after getting it translated. <\/p>\n
