A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood took up the case for hearing Tuesday. Are the courts sitting here to dismiss the bail pleas.<br \/>\nJustice Jamal Mandokhel remarked should the allegations against Ali Wazir be not put to debate in the parliament. Ali Wazir had complained,, therefore, his complaint should have been redressed. If any one of Ali Wazir allegation proves correct then what will happen.
