Gujranwala : Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill on Saturday said the next general election will be held through Electronic Voting Machines.
\nAddressing the Overseas Convention in Gujranwala, he said it has also been decided to hold the local bodies elections in Punjab through the EVMs.
\nShahbaz Gill said the use of Electronic Voting Machines is compulsory for free, fair and transparent election in the country.
