Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said important developments have taken place following the extra ordinary session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) in Islamabad.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe welcome the two important developments which have occurred in support of the Afghan people\u201d, he said this in a statement issued here Thursday. <\/p>\n
He indicated that UN Security Council (UNSC) adopted resolution on Afghanistan. As per resolution aid will be provided to Afghanistan to meet the basic necessities of the people. <\/p>\n
On the other hand the US restrictions on business with Taliban have been eased, he added. <\/p>\n
