\nSupreme Court (SC) on Tuesday sought new plots-allotment policy from federal government during the hearing of petitions against Islamabad High Court\u2019s (IHC) decision to declare illegal the plot allotment for judges and bureaucrats. The matter was heard by a three-member special bench headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial .
\nDuring the hearing, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority lawyer Akram Sheikh argued that the Islamabad High Court, in its order said that judges do not remain neutral after acquiring plots, this method of plot allotment will ruin the entire judiciary system.
