{"id":238640,"date":"2022-01-14T09:16:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T04:16:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=238640"},"modified":"2022-01-14T09:16:15","modified_gmt":"2022-01-14T04:16:15","slug":"pdwp-approves-rs-49866mln-development-schemes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/pdwp-approves-rs-49866mln-development-schemes\/","title":{"rendered":"PDWP approves Rs 49866mln development schemes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> PESHAWAR<br \/>\nThe 13th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) on Thursday approved development schemes worth Rs 49866 million.<br \/>\nThe meeting was held here under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Planning and Development (P&#038;D) Shahab Ali Shah and attended by concerned departments and members of PDWP.<br \/>\nThe forum approved 33 schemes pertaining to Local Government, Rural Development, Housing, Sports andTourism, Energy and Power and Agriculture sectors for the uplift of the province.<br \/>\nProject like \u201cIntegrated Development Package for Khyber\u201d is too part of these approved schemes which would bring an instrumental change in irrigation, agriculture, forestry, livestock and industrial side.<br \/>\nThe approved projects included, Construction of Barkas Dam, Development of Regional GDP\/ Economic Indicators (BoS), Construction of Multistory Commercial\/ Residential Building on 5 kanals 11 marlas land at Warsak Road Peshawar, Expansion of Emergency Rescue Services 1122 to Tehsil Level and establishment of sub stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Provision of Municipal Services \/ Civic Amenities in major towns of newly merged districts, construction of bus terminals.<br \/>\nThe other projects included solar based tube-well in district South Waziristan, infrastructure and agricultural development in the merged districts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR The 13th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) on Thursday approved development schemes worth Rs 49866 million.
