{"id":241826,"date":"2022-02-01T09:25:29","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T04:25:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=241826"},"modified":"2022-02-01T09:25:29","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T04:25:29","slug":"kp-cabinet-to-consider-a-lengthy-33-point-agenda-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/kp-cabinet-to-consider-a-lengthy-33-point-agenda-today\/","title":{"rendered":"KP-Cabinet to consider a lengthy 33-point agenda today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> PESHAWAR<br \/>\nThe Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) cabinet is all set to meet for its 64th sitting on Tuesday (today) with a lengthy 33 -point agenda focusing on the approval of Drafts, Acts, and Bills presented by different provincial departments.<br \/>\nThe cabinet meeting to be chaired by Chief Minister Mehmood Khan is expected to approve \u2018 The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa transgender Person\u2019s Welfare Endowment Fund Bill, 2021\u2019 and \u2018 Approval of Draft Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Home-Based Workers (Welfare and Protection) Rules,2021.\u2019<br \/>\nThe cabinet is also supposed to approve the draft KP prohibition of employment of Children Rules, 2021 and draft KP maternity benefits rules, 2021.<br \/>\nBoth of the drafts have been presented to the cabinet by the department of Labour.<br \/>\nThe cabinet will also consider two notifications including establishment of Risk Management Unit (RMU) and establishment of viability GAP Fund (VGF) in the finance department.<br \/>\nPolicy framework for the autonomous bodies and public sector companies of KP is also being considered in the cabinet meeting.<br \/>\nOne of the most important agendas which the cabinet is likely to approve in the upcoming meeting is the proposed amendments in Provincial Ministers KP province (Salaries, Allowances &#038; Privileges) Act, 1975.<br \/>\nThe KP cabinet will also consider approval in the Civil Servants Amendment Bill, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) cabinet is all set to meet for its 64th sitting on Tuesday (today) with a lengthy 33 -point agenda focusing on the approval of Drafts, Acts, and Bills presented by different provincial departments.
