The MoU was signed by Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Minerals, Arif Ahmadzai at his office here, following which documents were exchanged by the officials concerned. APP<br \/>\n Talking to the Hanjan delegation, Arif Ahmadzai said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the best location for investment where scores of incentives were being provided to the investors.
