Chairman NAPHDA, Lt Gen (retd) Anwar Ali Hyder, HI(M), briefed the minister on the progress and achievements of the authority.<br \/>\nHe also discussed the operational and functional constraints impeding the smooth implementation of the government\u2019s agenda, especially government and private salaried class.
