Says \u2018corrupt\u2019 people have joined hands to \u2018topple state\u2019

\nPrime Minister Imran Khan said Sunday he will complete his parliamentary tenure of five years, adding that his government will complete unprecedented development projects in the country\u2019s history, before completion of its current five years term.
\nWhile addressing a rally in Punjab\u2019s Hafizabad as he went there on a day-long visit, Prime Minister promised the people of Punjab that his government will work on the development of the province, something which he claimed would be \u201cunprecedented\u201d in the country\u2019s history.
\nPrime Minister said justice, humanity and self-reliance are fundamental principles of the state. Youth is the future of our nation and all measures are being taken for their progress. Rehmat ulil Aalamin (PBUH) Authority was formed to guide the nation to the right path through research in educational institutions to educate our children about Sunnah-e- Rasool (PBUH). He said the nations that deviate from their ideology are ruined. Prime Minister said as per Allama Iqbal\u2019s vision, the ideology behind creation of Pakistan was following Sunnah e Rasool PBUH, and Almighty Allah asks us to follow Sunnah-e- Rasool PBUH.
\nHitting out at the opposition, the premier said he has been preaching the nation for twenty five years to hold corrupt people accountable, and to unite the entire nation. Imran Khan said famous and corrupt people have all stood up and efforts are being made to buy people\u2019s conscience to bring down the state.
\nThe premier said that 25 years ago, he decided to join politics for the sake of the country\u2019s youth, adding that he had no personal gains from doing so as he already had everything in life that a person could dream of.
\n\u201cI didn\u2019t join politics to know the prices of potatoes and tomatoes. I joined it for the sake of the country\u2019s youth\u201d, the premier said. \u201cIf we want to become a great nation, we will have to support the truth.\u201d
\nThe prime minister then talked about the educational system of Pakistan and explained why his government decided to implement the Single National Curriculum.
\n\u201cIn a bid to uplift this nation, we first worked on the Single National Curriculum and then introduced 2.6 million merit-based scholarships for the youth of the country,\u201d he said.
\nHe said that for the first time in Pakistan, the PTI-led government will be building two technology universities in the country so that Pakistan can also be at the forefront when it comes to technological innovations and inventions.
\n\u201cDespite having the talent, we are unable to come up with technological inventions and are forced to purchase technology from abroad as we don\u2019t have the universities here that could educate and train students,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
