\nAs political temperature in the country is rising in the wake of the opposition\u2019s no-confidence motion against the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government and more and more ruling party MNAs have started switching their loyalties, it appears the PTI workers, too, have made up their mind to give a tough time to their party\u2019s renegades.
\nIn one such incident, some PTI workers, who were livid that their MNA Dehar had defected to the joint opposition, burnt his effigy in Multan and shouted slogans.
\nSeeing this, MNA\u2019s guards, carrying sticks in their hands, came eyeball to eyeball with the protesters. They also took control of Dehar\u2019s outhouse in order to prevent the workers\u2019 entry into its premises.
\nHowever, despite increase in tensions, the police failed to take any action.
\nAsif Nazar Dehar, cousin of the MNA Dehar, told the media that following threat by the workers that they would storm the outhouse, they had to carry sticks in their hands.
\nHe warned the protesters that there would be a tit-for-tat response if they attempted to enter the outhouse.
