Speaker\u2019s inability to summon the due session is deviation from the constitution\u201d the PML-N spokesperson said.<br \/>\nMaryam said despite the clear interpretation of article 54 of the constitution of Pakistan, Speaker\u2019s inaction was completely \u2018unconstitutional\u2019 and disappointing.<br \/>\nShe said that Speaker Asad Qaiser would be remembered in the dark chapters of
