Speaker\u2019s inability to summon the due session is deviation from the constitution\u201d the PML-N spokesperson said. Maryam said despite the clear interpretation of article 54 of the constitution of Pakistan, Speaker\u2019s inaction was completely \u2018unconstitutional\u2019 and disappointing. She said that Speaker Asad Qaiser would be remembered in the dark chapters of history, adding that the speaker was prioritizing his party\u2019s chairman instead of the constitution.
