\nLeading food company, Shan Foods, in an effort to empower women, has become a member of the Male Champions of Change (MCC) Pakistan, an organization part of the global Champions of Change Coalition, working to promote gender equality, advancing more and diverse women in leadership, and building respectful and inclusive workplaces.
\nShan Foods, being a leading name in the corporate sector, has become a part of this initiative to enable and empower women as a valuable part of the workforce and inspire others to take action as well. Some of the initiatives taken under this program include creating learning and employment opportunities for deserving women, ensuring equality and safety at the workplace, providing monetary assistance, encouraging employees with children, and helping them to learn and grow in every way possible.
