\nAn eunuch was killed while other got injured when an unidentified motorbike riders started firing on them on Charsadda road in front of Mardan Museum in the limits of city police station late night, police sources said.
\nSources added that Sulam alias Mara resident of Bajawar currently living at Charsadda chowk told police at Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) that he along with other named Sadiq alias Coconut resident of Swat currently living at Charsadda chowk, Hussain alias Mana, Subhan residents of Takhatbhai, Niak Mohammad resident of Fazl-e-Haq College late night were returning home in motor car No- LZA 338 after performing at a wedding party at Kashmiryano Kily Manga.
\nHe told police that on the way on Charsadda road in front of Mardan Museum unidentified motorcyclists started firing on them. As a result, Sadiq alias
\nCoconut died and he got seriously injured. On the complaint of Sulam alias Mara police station officials registered a case against unknown accused under section 302,324,427 and 34 and started investigations. It may be noted that from the last few weeks the violence incidents on eunuchs have increased in Mardan.
\nAfter the increase in the violence incidents with eunuchs in Mardan district on 11th Mardan the eunuchs have arranged news conference at Mardan press club. addressing to a news conference the president of transgender rights group, Trans Action Alliance Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Farzana Ilyas, said that more than 90 eunuchs were killed in different parts of the province since 2015 and more than 17, 00 different type of incident were occurred with eunuchs. She added that in the last four or five years, 1,500 transgender individuals have been raped.
\nShe added that a few days ago a eunuch named Rani along with his other friends went to Gujjar Ghari to attend a wedding ceremony. She added that in this connection he gets permission from Saddar police station and police post officials. She added that during the function a person identified as Babar reached there along with other unidentified gunmen and allegedly started firing on eunuch Rani.
\nShe added that later on he reached the concerned police station to register the FIR against the mentioned person. She alleged that police closed the door of the police station and wasn\u2019t ready to register the FIR. She added that later on they staged a protest rally outside the district police office.
\nShe added that later on station house officer (SHO) City police station Ashiq Hussain reached there and convinced them and assured them to register the FIR and also assure to arrest the accused. She added that the SHO registered the FIR. She alleged that however the police registered a weak FIR against the mentioned accused.
\nShe added that due to the week FIR the court granted bail to the mentioned accused. She alleged that due to the weak FIR the accused get benefit. She alleged that the police recovered the weapon from the arrested accused however police did not mention the weapon in the FIR.
\nShe added that now the mentioned accused is threatening the eunuch Rani. She added that later on the mentioned eunuch visited Saddar police station however the attitude of the SHO and Muharr was very rude with them. She alleged that when they meet the high level officers their attitude was good but they said that eunuchs are also human.
\nShe added that Prime Minister Imran Khan also has not decided so far that eunuchs are human. She added that it should be immediately decided that eunuchs are human.
