It has been learnt that voting on opposition\u2019s no-confidence motion is part of the 6-point agenda set for tomorrow\u2019s sitting of the lower house.<br \/>\nBesides no-trust move, the other items on agenda included question answer session, call attention notice and point of order. The speaker under Article 95 will hold voting on the no-confidence motion submitted by Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif.<br \/>\nEarlier today, the assembly secretariat received the attested copy of the Supreme Court verdict after which it issued the notification regarding convening of the session tomorrow. The SC verdict was cited in the notification. A copy of the Supreme Court decision was also dispatched to the speaker.<br \/>\nThe Supreme Court on Thursday set aside deputy speaker\u2019s ruling to dismiss the no-trust resolution against Prime Minister Imran Khan and the subsequent dissolution of the National Assembly by President Arif Alvi on the PM\u2019s advice. The Supreme Court also ordered to hold the voting on the no-trust motion on April 9.<br \/>\nAll five judges who were part of the larger bench of the apex court reached the verdict unanimously \u2013 5 to none.<br \/>\nThe Supreme Court ordered for the session of the National Assembly to be reconvened on Saturday at 10:30am, saying the session could not be adjourned without the conclusion of the no-trust motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.<br \/>\nThe apex court ruled that President Alvi\u2019s decision to dissolve the National Assembly was \u201cillegal\u201d and restored Prime Minister Imran Khan as well as his cabinet.
