DIR LOWER: Deputy Commissioner Aun Haider Gondal said Thursday that effective measures would be taken to ensure that all the ongoing development schemes were completed in a timely manner. He expressed these views while visiting a water channel at Balamate along with Executive Engineer Irrigation Department Muhammad Sajjad Khan to inspect ongoing maintenance and repair work. The executive engineer gave a detailed briefing regarding the site work and the deputy commissioner directed that work should be continued in two shifts in order to complete the work within the stipulated time frame.
