\nOn the complaint of poor patient Mayor Mardan Himayatullah Mayar raided Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) and arrested house officer doctor and his tout for demanding more money and forcing the patient to be tested outside laboratory instead of hospital laboratory and handed over them to Sheikh Maltoon Town police station officials, sources said.
\nSources added that Mayor Mardan Hamitaullah Mayar received a call from a poor boy who complained to the mayor that he rushed his poor father to Mardan Medical Complex in an emergency.
\nHe added that when they reached the MMC there on duty house officer Dr Kasif called his tout and told him that a patient had come to the hospital and come to the hospital and conduct his test from the laboratory.
\nHe told the mayor that the tout demanded more money from him.
\nSources added that on the complaint of poor patients Mayor Himayatullah Mayar reached the hospital where with the help of DMS hospital Dr. Azam Khan mayor arrested Dr. Kasif and his tout Masaood and handed over them to Sheikh Maltoon Police Station officials.
