\nFather of Dua Zehra, a girl who has gone missing from Karachi has approached Sindh High Court (SHC)
\nHe has prayed the court to order SSP East, SHO Alfalah and investigation officer to recover Dua Zehra.
\nHe has requested in his petition the investigation officer should recover Dua Zehra from Zahir Ahmad and present her in the court. Protection be provided to Dua Zehra and his family.
\nHe has also requested the marriage which took place between Dua Zehra and Zahir Ahamd on April 17 be declared illegal. On the night when Dua Zehra went missing his wife told him that his daughter has gone missing. He registered case of kidnapping against some unknown persons in Alfalah police station.
\nHe said in the petition that investigation officer of case has not filed challan in the court of judicial magistrate so far. He came to know through social media that Dua Zehra had got married to Zahid Ahmad.
\nHe further mentioned in his petition that as per date of birth when the nikkah of Dua Zehra was solemnized then her age was below 14 years . As per NADRA record her age is less than 14 years.
\nHe prayed the court to order for recovery of his daughter besides allowing a meeting between her and her parents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
