The court observed no effort was made to arrest the accused Mohsin Dawar, Manzoor Pashin and Dr Jamil while the bail of the three accused nominated in the case has not been challenged.  Three cases were registered against MAN Ali Wazir under the charges of provocative speeches. ONLINE<br \/>\nHis bail plea has been accepted in two cases.
