\nPESHAWAR
\nCapital City Police Officer (CCPO) Muhammad Ijaz Khan on Friday held special meeting with a delegation representing the Sikh community at Malik Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar.
\nSpeaking to minority community delegation, CCPO Muhammad Ijaz Khan lauded the role of the Sikh community and their full support and cooperation with the police and other government agencies.
\nCCPO Peshawar assured that those involved in the attack on the Sikh community would soon be exposed and brought to justice.
\nHe clarified that the security of residential areas and educational institutions, including religious and sacred places for all minorities, including the Sikh community, has been further improved.
\nMembers of the delegation expressed thier trust on the role being played by police in providing security to Sikh community in the provincial capital.
\nCCPO Muhammad Ijaz Khan lauded the role of the Sikh community in promoting inter-faith harmony and playing a positive role in maintaining law and order in the city, adding that inter-faith harmony and peace.
