\nPolice claimed on Thursday to have arrested 595 most wanted criminals in its ongoing operations against criminal\u2019s elements in the provincial capital. Police during action also held a number of criminal\u2019s facilitators.
\nExpressing satisfaction over the recent campaign, SSP Operation Haroon Rasheed said that the crackdown on the notorious criminals should be further tightened and the process of blocking the national identity cards and passports of the notorious criminals including arresting their facilitators should be intensified.
\n He has also issued special instructions to freeze the bank accounts of the notorious criminals and to prevent their land transfer, under which the Patwaris of the area are also being contacted.
\nIt is pertinent to mention here that during the campaign, Cantt Division Police arrested a total of 311 most wanted criminals and secured the first position in police operations against the criminals in Peshawar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
