Owing to this step of governor assembly divided into two parts.<br \/>\nThis was mentioned in the notice governor issued these orders through ordinance by overstepping his powers.<br \/>\nAs per Supreme Court orders such orders had no legal standing. Governor intervention in administrative powers and matters is illegal.
