Earlier Judicial magistrate East Wazir Hussain Memon had issued a written order to secretary health to constitute medical board to ascertain the causes of death of deceased Dr Amir Liaqat. Judicial magistrate Wazir Hussain Memon had written a letter to health secretary whereby he had ordered to take necessary measures for conducting postmortem.
