The assistants are selected for providing service to Hajj pilgrims. The selection of assistants for Hajj pilgrims is the demand of Saudi Arabia government. <\/p>\n<p>The CJP inquired who selects  the assistants. Who pays compensation to the assistants. <\/p>\n<p>AAG told the court names are sought from government departments in connection with selection of assistants. The respective department pays compensation to the assistants. We are ready to give reply to the questions from LHC. If the  order is not suspended then Hajj pilgrims arriving in Saudi Arabia will face difficulties. <\/p>\n<p>The SC while suspending LHC order for selection of assistants in connection with Hajj arrangements remarked we don\u2019t intervene in interim order generally.
