Speaker National Assembly (NA) Raja Pervez Ashraf has decided not to accept the resignations of legislators of PTI at present. <\/p>\n
Sources said Speaker NA had sent notices to PTI members of National Assembly for verification of their resignations. But no member turned up to verify the resignation. The PTI members of assembly are consistently refusing to verify their resignations. <\/p>\n
The speaker NA filed the matter due to non appearance of any member of assembly before him for verification. Even then the resignations will not be accepted immediately. <\/p>\n
Sources said the government is scared of PTI success in by polls in the event of acceptance of their resignations. Therefore, it wants to block the by polls by lingering the matter. <\/p>\n
