She has completed her MPhil in Oral Pathology and her topic was Next Generation sequences (NGS). Her supervisor was Prof. Dr. Taj Ali Khan and co supervisor was Dr. Beenish Aleem. The external examiner of the thesis and Viva-voce was Associate Prof. Dr. Tahira Atta of KMU-Institute of Medical Sciences, Kohat and internal examiner was Associate Prof. Dr. Momin Khan of KMU-IBMS. It is worth mentioning that she was a pioneer student of the 1st batch of Oral Pathology of KMU-Institute of Pathology &#038; Diagnostic Medicine. PR<br \/>\nDr. Maryam did her BDS and FCPS 2 training in oral maxillofacial surgery and recently she is working as in charge General Pathology in KMU-IDS Kohat for the last 10 years.
