\nChief selector Muhammad Wasim has announced Pakistan Cricket Board\u2019s (PCB) central contract 2022-23 for mens on Thursday at Pindi Cricket Stadium. Overall 33 players are included for red and white ball category.
\n5 players including Captain got contract for both (red and white) formats. 10 Cricketers got red ball contracts while 11 other succeeded in to win for red ball. Chief selector told that 7 well performing players from domestic cricket became part of emerging category.
\nBabir Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, and Shahin Afridi got \u2018A\u2019 category contract for both \u2018white and red ball\u2019, said Wasim, while Hasan Ali got \u2018B\u2019 category for Red and \u2018C\u2019 for White ball. Azhar Ali won \u2018A\u2019 while Fawad Alim got \u2018B\u2019 category for \u2018red ball\u2019. For \u2018red ball\u2019 Abdullah Shafique, Nasim Shah and Nouman Ali became a part of \u2018C\u2019 category and Abid Ali, Sarfraz Ahmed Saud shakil with Shan Masood and Yasir Shah succeeded for \u2018D\u2019 category.
\nFakhar Zaman and Shadaab Khan got \u2018A\u2019 category of \u2018white ball\u2019 contract, chief selector continued, and Haris Raouf won \u2018B\u2019 and Muhammad Nawaz won \u2018C\u2019 category. Asif Ali, Haider Ali, Khushdil Shah, Muhammad Wasim Junior, Shahnwaz Dhani, Zahid Mehmood and Usmam Qadir got \u2018D\u2019 category contracts.
\nAli Usman, Haseeb Ullah, Kamran Ghulam, Muhammad Haris, Muhammad Hurraira, Qasim Akram and Salman Ali Agha became part of emerging category.
