{"id":269700,"date":"2022-07-05T08:24:05","date_gmt":"2022-07-05T03:24:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=269700"},"modified":"2022-07-05T08:24:05","modified_gmt":"2022-07-05T03:24:05","slug":"cs-kp-directs-strict-action-against-illegal-power-connections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/cs-kp-directs-strict-action-against-illegal-power-connections\/","title":{"rendered":"CS-KP directs strict action against illegal power connections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> PESHAWAR<br \/>\nChief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Shehzad Bangash on Monday directed the quarter concerned to expedite operations against the illegal electricity connections across the province.<br \/>\nChairing an important meeting on ongoing loadshedding in the province, Chief Secretary Dr Shehzad Khan Bangash also directed the PESCO officials for replacing the aging wires and active campaigns against Kund culture in the province.<br \/>\nCS-KP during the meeting said that the Provincial Task Force and District Implementation Committees have been set up to resolve all issues related to electricity in the province.<br \/>\nDr Shehzad Khan Bangash also directed PESCO officials to reduce load shedding duration and provide maximum relief to people.<br \/>\nHe said that steps should be taken to overcome the technical problems in the PESCO.<br \/>\nCS also asked the Inspector General Police to extend full cooperation in the campaign against illegal connections and power theft.<br \/>\nStrict legal action should be taken against Kanda group in tcollaboration with PESCO authorities, he added.<br \/>\nOn the occasion, IG Police Moazzam Jah Ansari assured full cooperation with PESCO against those who take illegal connections and steal electricity in other ways.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Shehzad Bangash on Monday directed the quarter concerned to expedite operations against the illegal electricity connections across the province.
