Enough documentary proofs and video proofs are available in record regarding commission of offence by Imran Khan. The trial court ignored the evidences of the eye witnesses and acquitted Imran Khan. The petition said that public prosecutors supported acquittal of Imran Khan against the law. The trial court acquitted Imran Khan without issuing notices and hearing the affectees of the incident.<br \/>\nIt has been prayed in the petition trial court gave decision in haste.
