His remarks came during the hearing of an appeal in Faisal Vawda disqualification case. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial heard the appeal filed by Faisal Vawda. The Supreme Court ordered the lawyers to prepare arguments for the scope of the implementation of Article 62-1F. The Chief Justice said that the invoking the Article 62-1F is a very serious issue. Vawda\u2019s lawyer requested an early hearing on the appeal, which was rejected by the court. The Supreme Court postponed the hearing of the case due to the non-availability of Nisar Khoro\u2019s lawyer. However, the court has ordered all the parties\u2019 lawyers to prepare arguments for the implementation of Article 62-1F of the Constitution.
