\nTarar says full court bench could remove ambiguity on Article 63A
\n ISLAMABAD
\nMinister for Interior Rana Sana Ullah on Monday said that they would mull over the option of not becoming party to the judicial proceeding if their request to constitute larger bench of the Supreme Court was not granted. Talking to the media persons outside the Supreme Court along with Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazir Tarar and provincial PML-N lawmaker Attaullah Tarar, he said that they have requested the apex court to constitute the larger bench in the Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker\u2019s ruling case.
\nOnly the formation of a larger bench could resolve the controversy in the current scenario, he added.
\nHe said all political parties and the entire nation have complete confidence on the full court and even the Supreme Court Bar Association has already filed a review petition for becoming a party into the Presidential Reference case regarding interpretation of Article 63 of the Constitution which had been admitted for hearing.

\nAzam Nazeer Tarar said that Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q)\u2019s head wanted to support PML-N\u2019s candidate in the Punjab province as it was already in alliance with the ruling party in federal government and its two MNAs were part of the federal cabinet. He further said that the top court had given judgment in 2015 that party\u2019s head had the authority to take decisions regarding party\u2019s policy, adding that a full court bench now could examine the situation and interpret the article 63A. The minister said that it had been stated that a party\u2019s chief was a strong voice of the concerned political party who decides party tickets, voting in the house and even he could suspend the party membership of anyone.
