\nAmun Taraqqi Party (ATP) chairman, Muhammad Faiq Shah has appealed supreme court to give comprehensive and solid verdict in current crisis situation in order to remove political, economic uncertainty and vagueness.
\nFaiq while chairing a meeting of the party\u2019s central executive committee (CEC) here on Tuesday, called the pressurizing national institutions and wishing to come to a superior court verdict of their choice as an unconstitutional, illegal and immorality tradition, which is highly condemnable.
\nHe asked the superior judiciary to make independent verdicts, if not do that nothing will survive in the country.
\nShah went on to say that political parties don\u2019t have courage to make decisions by joint setting.
\nHe continued the country\u2019s perpetuity has been put at stake for the sake of personal survival.
\nHe maintained talks and dialogue are part of democracy.
\nThe ATP chief asked the coalition government and opposition parties to hold dialogue immediately.
\nHe stressed the elections should be conducted under impartial election commission and reforms.
\nFailure in parliament then in people, now pressure on the Supreme Court is a matter of grave concern and alarming one for political parties, which cannot save their political-image, Faiq asserted.
\n\u201cIs they want to impose martial law or an emergency situation in the country?\u2019\u2019 the party leader asked them.
\nFurthermore, he questioned: \u201cIsn\u2019t responsibility of the incumbent coalition government to initiate talks\u201d?
\nShah emphasized that dialogue should be held by setting a single agenda and timeframe.
\nAll mainstream and other political parties should be invited, and sort out the solution of all issues, he added.
\nThis is a great example of democracy, as any forum needs to be designated in order to pull the country out from the present economic crisis, Shah remarked.
\nThe ATP chairman appealed to the apex court, military and media to resolve all issues jointly as they had already inflicted huge losses.
