Therefore, he should be removed from his office.<br \/>\nThe meeting of ruling alliance with the CEC has also been mentioned in the reference.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the reference a representative delegation of PDM had met CEC last month and they pressurized CEC to announce the decision of prohibited funding case soon. The decision of the case was announced few days after meeting.<br \/>\nCEC has violated code of conduct of judiciary by holding meeting with the members of Ruling alliance. Meetings cannot be held during the pending cases.
