\nThe Elementary and Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday celebrated \u201cSchool Cleanliness Day\u201d to improve the appearance of schools and provide a clean environment to children.
\nOn the directives of Provincial Education Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai, more than 30,000 primary, middle, high and higher secondary schools throughout the province and more than 100,000 administrative officers, principals, teaching staff and cleaning staff participated in the cleanliness campaign led by Secretary Education Motasim Billah Shah himself and took participation to collect garbage and clean the school.
\nProvincial Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai said that we want to give the best quality education as well as a clean atmosphere and environment to our children.
\nHe said that teachers are the builders of the nation and children should follow their teachers.
\nDue to this campaign, the spirit of cleanliness is half faith among the students will not only increase but they will also keep their schools clean, Shahram Tarakai added.
\n\u201cThese are our schools and all moral, social and administrative responsibility for the safety, beauty and cleanliness of these schools lies with the principal, teaching staff and cleaning staff\u201d
\nThe education minister further said that in the results of the recent matriculation examinations, students of government schools have secured the best positions, adding in the ongoing admission campaign, millions of children have taken admissions in government schools throughout the province, which is a reflection that public confidence in government schools has been restored.
\nHe further said that the results of the education emergency for the last nine years have started to be seen in the form of excellent results and increase in enrollment and the education rate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
