He said this while talking to media men here outside Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday. <\/p>\n
He went on to say that Chief Justice (CJ) IHC has also clarified that the slot of NA speaker is above the slot of chief justice. The court dismissed PTI petition. <\/p>\n
He held that NA speaker is empowered to determine if the PTI members of National Assembly (NA) have tendered resignations or otherwise. Speaker NA will take forward this process and verify the resignations. As far as I know the resignations of remaining members were not presented so far.
