The petitioner had taken the plea Metropolitan Corporation had evolved plan to abolish free cricket in the cricket grounds.<br \/>\nQazi Adil the counsel for the petitioner told the court citizens are allowed to play cricket in the grounds by making payment due to outsourcing grounds .
