The case came up for hearing in the court of judicial magistrate Shoaib Akhtar Wednesday. Police filed challan in the court. Counsel for Shahbaz Gill filed application from his client for exemption from attendance in the court on Wednesday. Ali Bokhari advocate counsel for Shahbaz Gill submitted application in the court that all the documents of Shahbaz Gill are in the custody of police which should be returned. The court reserved judgment on the matter of superdari of the goods. The judicial magistrate sent case file to session\u2019s judge for trial of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill. The further hearing of the sedition case will take place on September 24.
